The thickness of this mat is perfect and it is wonderfully sticky.The benefits of natural rubber are soft and firm, great traction even when sweaty. Feels and works great for pilates and yoga. Stinky, needs to be opened in the air about 3-5 days before usage. This mat a bit Heavy, but buy a shoulder bag then easy to carry on.
